Circulation
The Circulation Desk offers administrative patron services and items circulation procedures (loan, return, fines, etc.) as well as laptops and peripheral hardware and digital dictionaries loans
Return
- Items must be returned before their due date.
- Items can be returned at the Circulation Desk or by using the Dropbox to the right of the main entrance, the box is closed: Sun–Thu, 7PM–8PM; Fri 11AM–12:30PM.
- Items sent by mail at the sender's expense must reach the library before the assigned due date.
Fines
Failure to return items on time will result in a fine:
- Item with a hold request: 15 NIS/day per item (including weekends and holidays)
- Items with no hold request (regular): 10 NIS/day per item (not including weekends and holidays)
- Items on loan for two hours: 10 NIS/hour per item (including weekends and holidays)
- Patron with an outstanding fine cannot borrow any items until the debt is settled
- Payment by credit card only via telephone or at the Circulation Desk
Appeals
- Please read Circulation Policies before submitting an appeal form. Unfamiliarity with the policies does not serve as basis for an appeal.
- An appeal can only be submitted once the item has been returned.
- A sick note or military reserve service note for the entire duration qualifies for automatic exemption.
- Replies will be sent within one week.
