Opening Hours On Dr. Moshe Nes-El

Nes-El (ne Mauricio Arueste, 1932–2014) immigrated to Israel in 1955, settling in the Mavo Beitar Moshav. Between the years 1979–1993, Nes-El served as the Director of Department of Education in the Diaspora for Latin America at the Jewish Agency. He traveled to Latin America in order to bring to Israel material related to the Latin American Jewish communities, resulting in an anthology of seven volumes, Judaica – Lationamerica.
