Circulation
The Circulation Desk offers administrative patron services and items circulation procedures (loan, return, fines, etc.) as well as laptops and peripheral hardware and digital dictionaries loans
Renew
- Standard items on loan renew automatically on a daily basis, for a maximum period of one year, provided that no hold requests have been placed on the item(s) during that period; there is no need for manual renew requests, unless a year has passed and the item must be physically presented at the Circulation Desk.
- Loan expiry notices are sent by e-mail or notifications on the Library App (in Hebrew).
- It is the patrons' responsibility to check due dates of items on loan. Go to: DaTA > My Account (by clicking on your name in the upper right corner or Library Card at the top of the screen) > My Loans, or check your Library Card on the Library App (in Hebrew).
Hold Request
- If an item is marked as "checked out/not available", you can place a hold request on it: Log into your account, go to the "Get It" tab and click Request.
- Once notified by mail or via the Library App on the item's arrival, it will be held for 3 consecutive days for pick-up at the Circulation Desk.
- Please be advised that the return period for the notified patron holding the item is up to the last updated due date.
- If you no longer require the item requested, please cancel the hold request in your online Library Card/App or notify the Circulation Desk.
- Hold request can also be carried out at the Circulation Desk by the librarian.
