Our dedicated Reference and Guidance Librarians are readily available to provide professional assistance and ensure that your library experience is both enjoyable and productive

We are here to guide you through the vast array of information resources at your disposal, including digital and print materials, equipping you with the essential tools for independent study and research, empowering you to make the most of the library's resources and services

Our reference librarians conduct guidance tutorials for courses taught at the Faculty of Humanities and Arts and orientation guided tours for outside visitor groups.

Topics covered include the following:

  • Overview of available library tools, databases, and software
  • Conducting effective searches in databases
  • Searching various online resources and using various relevant software/online tools
  • Citation references and citation management software
  • Word-processing and presentation preparation software and tools
  • Introduction to library collections and services

The content of each guidance or tutorial may be coordinated in advance with the lecturer/moderator according to curriculum specifications.
We recommend contacting us two weeks prior to the scheduled tutorial.
